So I've put up the tweets, the photo and the video. All that's remaining now is your answers to my questions! And I'd still encourage you to do this, in order to maximise social learning across the group.

Slowly, slowly catch a monkey. It all holds so much potential, but it needs to be implemented in a phased approach – test and see  what combinations work and deliver the best results for our business ito placements and building a talent pipeline
